VZone International LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the VZone Track mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
VZone Track is designed exclusively for fleet managers and fleet employees within organizations that subscribe to VZone International's fleet management services. The App is not intended for general consumers or the public.
Access to the App requires credentials provided by your organization's fleet administrator. The App operates within the scope of your organization's fleet management system.
We want to be clear about what we do not do:
The App connects to your organization's fleet management server to access and display fleet data. The following information is processed locally on your device and/or transmitted between your device and your organization's server:

All fleet data (vehicle locations, driver information, trip history, alerts) is managed by your organization's fleet management server. The App is a client that displays this data — we do not independently collect, store, or process this information on our servers.

Optional permissions are requested only when you use the corresponding feature. You can deny these permissions and still use the core features of the App. Location and microphone data are processed on-device and are not sent to our servers.
The App uses Google Maps SDK to display interactive maps and vehicle positions. When you use the map feature, Google Maps may collect certain data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. This may include:

User data such as fleet information, trip history, alerts, and account details is retained on our servers as part of the fleet management service provided to your organization. Data retention periods are determined by your organization's service agreement. Fleet data is managed and stored on VZone International's fleet management servers.
VZone Track is a business application appropriate for all ages. It does not contain any objectionable content, advertisements, or social features. The App requires organizational credentials provided by a fleet administrator, and is intended for use by authorized fleet personnel within a professional context.
